1These terms

These terms govern your use of contravo.ai. They are between you and Contravo AI Ltd (“Contravo”, “we”), registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Use of the Contravo product itself is governed by a separate written agreement with the customer organisation, not by these terms.

2What this site is

This site describes what Contravo does and lets you ask about early access. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and nothing on it is legal, financial or procurement advice. Figures, examples and contract extracts shown on the site are illustrative and are not drawn from any real customer’s contracts.

3Early access enquiries

Sending an early access enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee access. We may decline or withdraw early access at any time. If we do offer access, it will be on separate written terms.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• interfere with the site’s availability, or introduce anything malicious;
• scrape, copy or reuse substantial parts of the site for a competing service.

5Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, illustrations, code and the Contravo name and logo belong to Contravo or to our licensors. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not otherwise copy, adapt or republish any part of it without our written permission.

The Instrument Sans and Zeyada typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

6Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

7Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation’s site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

8Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to £100.

If you use the site in the course of a business, you accept that these limits are reasonable given that the site is provided free of charge.

9Privacy

10Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.

11Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
